well, i don´t understand so much the victoy cities proyect after i read the website, because it doesnt have any real reference about how the proyect will be build.
You can find a lot of good ideas into the proyect, many of them are close to "new urbanism"( an U.S.A. architecture tendence in the 80´s) but all the information seems to be superficial, there is no images of estructrure, legal parmeters, selling conditions etc., all you cand find in the web site information about the idea and his owner.
When you visit a new building proyect website( real state), you hope to find much more than that, even you want to check previous proyects build by the arquitects or something.... well, you are not goig to find any of that things in this website because seems to be an architect student joke.
